CMO-OnLoan was born from conversations Amy Connor had with mid-market business leaders across Dayton, Cincinnati, and Northern Kentucky. After a decades-long corporate career at The Iams Company, Procter & Gamble, and Luxottica, Amy set out to explore opportunities with local leaders. She was inspired by their passion for their businesses, employees, customers, and communities.
Seeing firsthand how this dedication drives business growth and positive change, Amy recognized its importance and knew she wanted to be a part of it.
Many leaders expressed the need for strategic marketing support, but with one common refrain: “I could use your firepower, but I don’t need it every day.” After hearing this several times, Amy identified a unique opportunity to offer her marketing expertise on an “on-loan” basis to help businesses establish a strong marketing foundation. And so, CMO-OnLoan began.
Since then, Amy has grown the team with wicked-smart friends she worked with during her corporate tenure. Because her internship at the Iams Company made such a positive impact on her career, the CMO-OnLoan team has included interns in our roster since the beginning.
