Meet the Team
Abigail Connor
Abigail recently graduated summa cum laude from Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy with an entrepreneurship certificate. She will attend the University of Cincinnati as part of the Lindner Business Honors program, studying marketing. In high school, Abigail was a leader on three sports teams, served on the Student Organized Service board, Hope Squad leadership team, was a member of the National Honor Society, and was awarded the Vision in Action award for her service, along with recognition for 400+ service hours.
Abigail brings her strong collaboration skills, work ethic, and organization to the CMO-OnLoan team, and we’re thrilled to have her back this summer to support our clients and team.
Maryn Dubay
Maryn returns to the CMO-OnLoan team this year. A junior at the University of Pittsburgh, she is pursuing a dual degree in Political Science and Urban Planning, with minors in Latin and Economics. Maryn has held several leadership roles on campus, including serving on a student government committee and as Director of Fundraising for Phi Gamma Nu.
She is drawn to research, creative problem-solving, and exploring diverse perspectives. With a background in graphic design and content creation, Maryn helps us think differently and visually in our work.
Sophie Guibord
Sophie is a junior at Miami University, majoring in Marketing and minoring in Business Analytics. On track to graduate early through the 3+1 program, she plans to complete her Master’s in Business Analytics next year. Sophie is actively involved in campus organizations like Phi Mu sorority (Recording Secretary) and MU Women in Marketing (Philanthropy Chair).
Her passion for marketing strategy, data-driven insights, and community involvement shines through her work on multiple real-world marketing projects. Proficient in Excel and SQL, Sophie enjoys collaborating to bring ideas to life, and we’re already seeing her impact on client projects.
Avia Stoller
Avia is a junior at the University of Cincinnati, majoring in Marketing. She has a passion for storytelling, creativity, and entrepreneurship. Recognized on the Dean’s and President’s Lists, Avia has experience writing for a student news outlet and is building a freelance web development business through the Women in Entrepreneurship Club.
She thrives in collaborative environments, applying her adaptability across news writing, school projects, and her personal ventures. Outside of her academic pursuits, she enjoys baking sourdough and creative writing. We’re excited to have Avia bring her talent and curiosity to the team this year.
